St. Thomas to St. Croix Danish Virgin Islands
December 30, 1898

This postcard was mailed in St. Thomas to Christiansted, St. Croix.
It has a St. Thomas CDS and a Frederiksted transit CDS dated December 31.

This map will give you a good idea of the relationship of these island locations.

The card has five scenes arranged in a fashion to permit a note to be penned around them.
Wonderful views
abound in the islands.

The card is upgraded from the 2 cent demonination by the addition
of a 1 cent green and red violet (probably Scott 16).

All in all, it appears to be a greeting between good friends.
