Costa Rica to Switzerland
November 14, 1909

This picture postcard was sent from San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica.
San Jose is very near the center of Costa Rica.
There is a three ring target killer and a single CDS.

The destination was Bern in west central Switzerland.
There are no transit or arrival markings although the postcard was marked via New York.

The cover is franked with a two 1907 2c yellow green
and black Juan Mora Fernández (Scott 60).

The illustration features five field hands showing off  banana stalks beside a railway.
