Phillippines to Belgium

June 17, 1927

There's not much to say for this picture postcard posted in Manila.
One wonders what the illustration would have been.

The card was cancelled with a duplex canceller with a CDS, oval barred killer, and date between.
There also appears to be another cancel just off the top
which included a small circle but the content in illegible.

The card was addressed to a Mademoiselle in Brussels.

There are no clear transit or receiving marks.

The stamp is a 10c. deep blue Josť Rizal of the 1917 series (Scott 294).
