There's not much to say for this picture
postcard posted in Manila.
One wonders what the illustration would have been.
The card was cancelled with a duplex
canceller with a CDS, oval barred killer, and date between.
There also appears to be another cancel just off the top
which included a small circle but the content in illegible.
The card was addressed to a Mademoiselle
in Brussels.
There are no clear transit or receiving
marks.
The stamp is a 10c. deep blue José
Rizal of the 1917 series (Scott 294).
