Sudan to England

This postcard (probably a picture on the back) is datelined 'Railway Hotel. Port Sudan.'
Port Sudan (now Bur Sudan) is on the west coast of the Red Sea at about 1937' North.

There is one Traveling Post Office CDS from the KHARTOUM to PORT SUDAN TPO No. 2.*

The postcard was franked with a 10m. carmine and black 1922 camel (SG 35).

The sender routed the card 'Via Egypt.'

The addressee was at Worcester College in Westcliff on Sea.
Westcliffe -on-Sea is on the north side of the Thames Estuary about 30 miles east of London.

The sender makes comments about the difficulty of diving.
