This 10 ore postal card was uprated to its destination in Budapest.
The 15 ore red brown Gustaf V was issued in 1911.
This stamp was probably chosen to mathc the imprinted stamp on the card.

The stamps were cancelled with a Stockholm double circle date stamp with wavy wings on both sides for killers.
There's little else to add about this cover.
I do not believe the pencilled marks are related to the item's postal history.
