It was addressed to the Bell & Howell Co. in Chicago, Illinois.

Bell & Howell manufactured, among other items, movie cameras.

The cover was franked with a 4c deep blue CORREOS PROVISIONAL
overprint of a revenue stamp issued in 1926 (Scott 396).

The stamp is cancelled with a single boxed blue foreign mail handstamp.
There is no arrival CDS.
