This is an example of the pneumatic mail used in Buenos Aires.
It is a lettersheet which apparently was the required form.
I was unable to find any good references to explain the service further.
This example fits in the 'to be determined' category.

As far as I know, only the Pneumatic Mail system in Prague, Czeckoslovakia, is still in operation.
It recently celebrated its 100th birthday.
