Here's a nice
folded letter from 1872.
The double circle postmark is for Piraeus, port city near Athens.
It was prepaid to its destination (note boxed PD) of Trieste at the
north end of the Adriatic.
The stamps are from 1870: 5 lepta green on greenish paper, 40
lepta salmon on greenish paper,
and 10 lepta light red orange on greenish paper (Scott 34, 37, 35).
The killers are diamond lozenges of dots with the numeral 2.
