Commemoratives in Sheets

Marshall H. Hancock, of the Martauco Stamp Co., New York, recently showed me a magnificent lot of commemoratives, and the earlier Bureau issues which he had just acquired.  The stamps had been purchased over a period of many years, and just laid away.  There was a full sheet of the 15¢ blue of 1894, many of the Columbian values, and the Pan-American, Louisiana, and Jamestown issues, complete, in full sheets, carefully selected for centering, bright and fresh as the day they were sold at the post office.  The remarkable feature is that such material should exist at this late date when one would believe sheets of this kind were all broken up years ago.
