Frugality Disappeared with Advent of New Deal

Frugality, a post office in Pennsylvania, was abolished in 1935 about the same time as New Deal, a post office in Montana was organized.  New Deal was a new settlement near the Peck Dam.  (Gleaned from STAMPS, August, 1935.)
