Black Mounting Paper

Louis A. Waters advises (anent column June 13th) that those who want a chemically pure black paper (for use as a mount for stamps, with or without a cellulose acetate covering), might try the black paper Eastman Kodak Co., uses for packing between sheet film.  It should be obtainable without cost from commercial photographers who usually throw it away.
